Features of House & Lot in Lakeland Village
981 East Lakeshore Drive | Allyn, WA

The house is in the community of Lakeland Village, which has a private lake and golf course and is located near the towns of Allyn, Belfair, Bremerton and Gig Harbor.

The lot includes a stream and a green belt approximately 100 feet deep, with huge cedar trees. A community lake access is located about 400 feet to the north of the lot. The community lake boat launch is located about one block to the east on Lakeshore Drive.

The house is an Alan Mascord design. There is no other house exactly like this because the plan was customized to fit the lot. Pride in workmanship clearly shows and only quality materials have been used in the construction of the house with careful attention to detail.
